John Adami, Owner and President

John Adami, a Denton native, has spent his real estate career fine tuning his business to cater to the needs of his clients. He earned his degree from SMU in Business Administration with a concentration on real estate, finance and accounting.


As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1981, he has comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate including property management, construction and development as well as a thorough knowledge of the local Denton area and Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. Through the years, John has been committed to providing the best service possible to his clients with the upmost honesty and integrity.


John is a dedicated husband and father who has been married to his wife, Melissa, for over 30 years. He and his family are actively involved in the community and share a passion for all things outdoors.

Tracy Nichols, Realtor/Property Management

Tracy Nichols is a New Jersey native that now calls Texas “home”. A licensed Texas Realtor with a combined 18 years property management and real estate experience gives her the necessary knowledge that benefits our clients in both commercial and residential transactions. Whether our clients’ needs are property management, listings or buyers representation Tracy has all the bases covered!

Tracy and her husband, Steven have 2 beautiful children. They have lived in the Denton area for 10 years. They enjoy spending time cooking gourmet meals and spending time with family & friends.
